Guidance

Geographic Output Files: These files are used in the platform’s mapping solution to build a complementary geographical view of service delivery activity. The information is loaded into the Local Insights mapping solutions to provide a visual representation of the distribution of service delivery across the county.

Submission of Files: Submitted as an Excel file. The content and preferred structure of the files are described in the table below.

Content and Structure: The data file should include the columns listed in this table, noting that:

  • There is a minimum data requirement (see Mandatory column).
  • The columns need not be in the order presented, but the first line of the data file must be a header line that uses the Title value to describe the contents of each column..

Before submitting please ensure you data contains the mandatory content as described in the table below.

 

Note your data file can contain additional data columns not listed here, but these will not necessarily be used in the analysis and dashboard.
